WHERE AS, the dynamics surrounding homelessness are complex, impacting families with children, the mentally ill, victims of domestic violence, veterans, and many others; and

WHERE AS, civic leaders across the nation are seeking opportunities to expand affordable housing, emergency shelters, and other supportive services; and

WHERE AS, civic leaders from the City of Casa Grande and Pinal County have committed to join together to seek new solutions to reduce homelessness in our region;

NOW THEREFORE, the Casa Grande Homelessness Strategic Plan is established this August 2018.
